How to operate installment in Transense CRM?

In transaction with enterprise customers, most often there are three different payment methods, namely one-time payment, installment and no payment document. Well, how will users operate installment in Transense CRM?

Users can complete operations of installment in the process of creating new contracts. Enter Transense CRM>>Service>>Sales>>New Contract to select Installmentthen click Supposing that the contract amount reaches $3000 and needs to be paid off in three phases),users will see the following picture

In Phase 1it is estimated that 30% of the contract amount, $900, will be taken back on May 11, 2013. After the three-phase settings and save, you will see the following picture:

In the New Contract page, payment methods and contract amount have been divided into three phases. After successful save of contract, the system will send three-phase reminders on receivables.
