The flow node information is made up of executors, roles and flow names.

 Taking this flow chart for an example, click on Approval and keep holding, relevant information of the node will appear on the right of the page:

Now, enterprises can set all the flow node information in accordance with their own specific needs.

Detailed option information of the interface is shown as follows:

（1）Name： Modification is subject to the needs of users.

（2）Editable(Data can be edited)：When the workflow comes to this stage, some information of document paper can be edited and saved by executors of the workflow, but some can not. The ticked mean “allowable”, otherwise, “unallowable.

（3）View other’s opinions (View of other’s opinions are allowable)： It means whether handling suggestions of other executors in the flow can be viewed. The ticked mean “allowable”, otherwise “unallowable.

（4）This step needs UKey(UKey is needed in this step)：It means whether UKey is needed by executors at this stage of the flow（UKey is a hardware encryption lock）

（5）SMS notify(Sms Reminder)： It means whether the current executor needs to notify the executor of the next flow with text message if SMS function (additional functions) is available in the system.

（6）All employee execute(All employees are engaged)：It means many employees are engaged in the current workflow, and whether the verification of the next flow can be executed or not prior to the synchronic completion of  different employees engaged in the current workflow.

（7）Flow Methods(Transfer Mode)：Settings are needed in Approval node, for there are two options in this flow，approval and disapproval.

（8）Executor（operator/ transactor）： It refers to operators of the current flow，who can be selected from Organization, Role, Department, Positions and Employees，or can be automatically selected by the system（Select When Perform、Sender、Sender’s Head of the department、Head of higher department、Head of highest department）, as shown in the chart above.

（9）Action（Type of action）： In accordance with requirements of some special worksheets, some special scripts need to be set to implement associated operations.

（10）Fields（Fields setting ）： Fields setting is available on user-defined worksheets only.

（11）Archive（Archive path）：Settings are only needed where Archive（ on file）node is added. Storage directory can be set here（archive management），that is to say, once this flow is over, information of this flow will be automatically stored into “archive management” module.
