Transense OM and Transense CRM are characterized in multi-level and strict system privilege. No matter it is comprehensive functional blocks or simple buttons, authorization to users is available. In terms of function authorization, detailed introductions have been included in the article How to Use Transense OM System ? Next we’ll give you some instructions on the use of the authorization page.

Login the system with the administrator account, enter Role page in this way OM>>Setting>>App Setting>>Role, and click the icon  to enter the authorization page:

The following screenshot is the TAB at the top of the authorization page, and users can set privileges for different functional modules in different TAB pages:

Now we’ll take the TAB Personal for an example：

As is shown in the picture, the structure of authorization system is corresponding to functions of the system, and even for each less significant function, there are corresponding optional functions like Visible, View and Use. Management personnel of enterprises can make detailed selections as needed.
