If you are careful, you are certain to find that Transense CRM has provided you with two customer transaction modes:contract and order.
Most often, there is no big difference between contract and order. Next we’ll give you some introductions on specific operations of contract and order in your using process:
(1) If enterprises need more rigorous contract records, they have to use contract. If their requirements are not so strict, either contract or order is suitable for them. What makes contract different from order is that contract includes three types:income, expenditure and description. However, order can only be used for collecting bills.
(2) In the process of using descriptive contract, it is more efficient for users to combine contract and order. Descriptive contract refers to contract in which just contents of contracts are involved, while collection and payment are not. Users need to use orders to receive money.
