Fill in basic information of the new care,and Type(care type) can be set in 2.Contact Category. Enter 2.Contact Category in this way: Transense CRM>>Business>>Customer Settings>>General Settings>>Contact>>2.Contact Category, shown as below:
In this page, you can create and systemize new care type. Specific operators of the care can be selected from Operator.
Then, click to choose custmoers to be cared. Transense will provide you many inquiry modes and conditions.
After your selection of customers, you can either choose to directly launch the care, or you can save first, then view it in Transense CRM>>Business>>Care & Investigation>> Cares, and finally lunch the care.
Once the care is launched, basic information of the care can not be modified any longer. The picture above is a launched care. Customers, care records and care analysis involved in the care are shown on the TAB page below, convenient for view by customer service personnel.
Operation of new investigation creation is generally similar to that of care.
